The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 97.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 110.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.98 per cent at Rs 575.15 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 491.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.47 per cent to Rs 425.53 crore from Rs 333.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 36.60 per cent at Rs 16.91 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 26.67 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.22 per cent to Rs 149.62 crore as against Rs 157.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 29.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 6.64 per cent at Rs 32.05 crore (Sep'25 Rs 34.33 crore).
