The Resignation Letter with the reason as indicated is enclosed herewith. Shri Madanlal Garg (DIN: 00670278) has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those stated in his Resignation Letter. Disclosure of information with respect to the said change of resignation as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part - A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are provided in Annexure-1 to this letter.
