This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular number HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026; the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. on October 21, 2026, Considered and approved the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited ('MUFG Intime').
