As of September 2026, 65.93% is owned by Indian Promoters and 34.07% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Bhagyanagar India company are Surana Infocom Private Limited (42.67 lakhs shares / 12.74%), Devendra Surana (34.02 lakhs shares / 10.16%), Manish Surana (29.35 lakhs shares / 8.76%), Narender Surana (26.16 lakhs shares / 7.81%) and Namrata Surana (18.70 lakhs shares / 5.58%).
