The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 72.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.03 per cent at Rs 189.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 228.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.77 per cent to Rs 140.96 crore from Rs 137.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 191.50 per cent at Rs 58.27 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 19.99 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.68 per cent to Rs 48.82 crore as against Rs 91.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 35.72 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 27.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.53 per cent at Rs 23.66 crore (Jun'25 Rs 20.84 crore).
