The Board of Directors of CL Educate Limited ('Company' or 'CL Educate') at its meeting held today, i.e., on October 19, 2026, has, inter alia, considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation ('Scheme') between DEXIT Global Limited ('DEXIT' or 'Amalgamating Company') and the Company (hereinafter referred to as 'Amalgamated Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
