As of September 2026, 65.50% is owned by Indian Promoters and 34.49% by Public.

Institutional holds 10.92% (Insurance Companies 1.53%) and Non-Institutional holds 23.58% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Filatex India company are Madhav Bhageria (430.77 lakhs shares / 9.70%), Purrshottam Bhaggeria (425.69 lakhs shares / 9.59%), Madhusudhan Bhageria (380.23 lakhs shares / 8.56%), Azimuth Investments Limited (375.95 lakhs shares / 8.47%) and Janus Infrastructure Projects Pvt Ltd (274.90 lakhs shares / 6.19%).
