Ambassador Intra - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting Held On Monday, 19Th October, 2026

To Considered, approved and allotted 18,00,000 (Eighteen lakh) Convertible Warrants ('Warrants'), each entitling the holder to exercise an option to convert the same into one (1) fully paid-up Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs. 21.50/- (Twenty-One and Fifty Paise only) per Warrant (including a premium of Rs. 11.50/- (Rupees Eleven rupees and fifty paise Only) per Warrant, for cash consideration, to person(s) and/or entity(ies) belonging to the Public Category on a preferential basis
