As of September 2026, 47.69% is owned by Indian Promoters and 52.31% by Public.

Institutional holds 5.88% (Insurance Companies 0.60%) and Non-Institutional holds 46.41% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Cupid company are Aditya Kumar Halwasiya (4667.22 lakhs shares / 34.71%), Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited (1741.99 lakhs shares / 12.95%) and Ekta Halwasiya (3.85 lakhs shares / 0.03%).
