UPL has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended September 30, 2026

As of September 2026, 33.51% is owned by Promoters and 66.49% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 27.63% and Foreign Promoters holds 5.87%.

Institutional holds 57.98% (Insurance Companies 5.88%) and Non-Institutional holds 8.50% as Public shareholders.
