GHCL Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, intimation be and is hereby given that 219th Board Meeting of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 to consider and approve inter alia the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/period ended September 30, 2026 and other business items.
