As of September 2026, 68.16% is owned by Indian Promoters and 31.84% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Adtech Systems company are Subramonian M R (27.85 lakhs shares / 23.37%), Krishnan Mavelikalam Ramakrishnan (26.10 lakhs shares / 21.91%), M R Narayanan (22.28 lakhs shares / 18.70%), Karthik Narayanan . (1.93 lakhs shares / 1.62%) and Thankam Ramakrishnan (0.97 lakhs shares / 0.81%).
