We enclose herewith the prior intimation received under Regulation 10(5) of SEBI (SAST) Regulation 2011, from Mrs. Lalitadevi Reniwal, member of promoter group of the Company in relation to proposed acquisition of 414800 equity shares of the Company by way of gift, from her son, Mr. Rajeev Reniwal, also being a member of the promoter group of the company.
