Aluminium futures prices declined 1.36% to Rs. 338 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Friday, as traders reduced their positions amid weak demand in the spot market.

The October delivery contract fell by Rs. 4.55, with a trading turnover of 493 lots.

Analysts attributed the decline to easing demand from consuming industries and a reduction in positions by market participants.
