Sharpline Broadcast - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jha, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons. His resignation will be effective from October 07, 2026 when he would cease to be the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
