The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 51.10 per cent at Rs 126.32 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 83.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 49.51 per cent to Rs 74.83 crore from Rs 50.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 38.89 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 53.47 per cent to Rs 51.49 crore as against Rs 33.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 10.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 2.73 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
