Indian Metal & F - Board Meeting Outcome for Intimation Regarding Resolution Passed By The Board Of Directors By Circulation

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors, by means of resolution passed by circulation on 06th October, 2026 have approved the draft Postal Ballot Notice along with Explanatory Statement seeking the Members approval for the proposal of (a) appointment of Mr Partha Satpathy (DIN: 11589079) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company (b) appointment of a Scrutinizer to conduct the postal ballot process.
