Sir/Madam, In continuation of our earlier intimation regarding declaration of Interim Dividend, we wish to inform you that the Company has today, 1 October 2026, completed the payment of Interim Dividend of ₹0.05 (Rupees Five Paise only) per equity share of face value of ₹1/- each for the Financial Year 2026-27 to the eligible shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Members/records of the Depositories as on the Record Date, 23 September 2026.The dividend has been remitted through the applicable electronic modes to the eligible shareholders.
