Lupin Limited has informed the Exchange about Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc. ('MPPI') has completed buyback of 30,559 shares, pursuant to which MPPI has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective from October 01, 2026.
