Chennai Meenakshi - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Meeting Updates

The 36th Annual General Meeting was held today via Video Conferencing/OAVM, commencing at 11.00AM and concluding at 12.31 PM IST. A requisite quorum was present with members in attendance. 8 resolutions - comprising 7 ordinary resolutions and 1 special resolution- covering financial statements, director appoints/ re-appointment, appointment of secretarial auditor approval were transacted via remote e-voting and e-voting. Combined voting results and scrutinizer report will follow.
