Baba Arts - Extension Of Time For Holding Annual General Meeting

We wish to inform you that the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai has by its approval dated 29th September, 2026, granted to the Company an additional extension of time by a period of One month and Fifteen days i.e. up to 15th November, 2026 for holding the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company in respect of the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 under the second proviso to Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
