Cipla - Board Meeting Intimation for The Quarter And Half Year Ended 30Th September, 2026 Under SEBI (Listing Obligations And

Cipla Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. \r\n\r\nIn terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the ''Trading window'' for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till Thursday, 29th October, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of financial results.
