Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 1.e. on Monday, September 28, 2026, inter-alia, considered and unanimously approved the new set of Memorandum of Association of the company as per the Companies Act, 2013 and increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent alteration to Memorandum of Association.
