Shareholders of the Company have approved a final dividend of Rs. 12.50 (Rupees Twelve and Fifty Paise only), being 125% per equity share of face value ?10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, in the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 26th September, 2026.
