Modern Dairies - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

The Shareholders of the Company in its meeting duly held on 26th September, 2026 have approved the change in the management including the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company and the re-appointment of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal as Whole Time Director of the Company.
