The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.20 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 36.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.59 per cent at Rs 116.17 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.45 per cent to Rs 72.33 crore from Rs 58.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.87 per cent at Rs 1.49 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.28 per cent to Rs 43.84 crore as against Rs 33.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 27.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 41.30 per cent at Rs 6.09 crore (Jun'25 Rs 4.31 crore).
