The Board of Directors, on the basis of recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have today approved the following changes in Senior Management Personnel of the Company through circular Resolution(s):\r\na) Superannuation of Mr. Sanjay Bhagat, Sr. Executive Vice President after market division designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective from the closure of business hours of September 30, 2026;\r\nb) Resignation of Mr. Satish Sundaresan, Chief Technology Officer designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective from the closure of business hours of September 25, 2026.
