Baba Arts Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/09/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 we have to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday 29th September, 2026 at 3.30 pm at the registered office of the Company at B1 & B4 Baba House, M V Road, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093 interalia to tranact the following business:\r\n1. to approve the report of the Board of Directors to the members on the financials for the year ended 31st MArch, 2026\r\n2. to fix the date, time & venue of the 27 th AGM of the Company.
