The aggregate contract value and other material particulars are provided in Annexure A.\r\n\r\nWith respect to the above, the information pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026, as amended from time to time, is annexed.\r\n\r\nThis is for your information and records.
