Zinc futures declined Rs 1.80 to Rs 415.50 per kg on Wednesday, as traders cut their positions amid weak cues from the physical market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), zinc contracts for October delivery fell Rs 1.80, or 0.43%, to Rs 415.50 per kg, with a business turnover of 304 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline to reduced positions by market participants, driven by softer demand from consuming industries in the physical market.
