Aluminium futures declined 95 paise, or 0.27%, to Rs 348.05 per kg on Tuesday, weighed down by weak demand and a subdued trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for September delivery fell to Rs 348.05 per kg, with a business turnover of 2,443 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline to reduced positions by market participants amid easing demand from consuming industries.
