It is hereby informed that the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench vide its Order dated September 21, 2026, has admitted the Second Motion Petition in connection with the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Sammaan Finserve Limited and has fixed the next date of hearing as November 16, 2026. The Company has received the Order on September 25, 2026. For details refer attached PDF.
