We wish to inform you that due to completion of second tenure of Mr. Kamlesh Shah as an Independent Director of the company, he has ceased to be the Independent Director of the company with effect from 17th September 2026. The company has already appointed an Independent Director in his place as per member's approval at the Annual General Meeting held on 9th September, 2026.
