Aditya Birla Real - Cessation

Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited has informed the Exchange regarding cessation of Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta as CEO of erstwhile Century Pulp and Paper ( CPP ) business division on account of sale of the CPP business division to ITC Limited as a going concern on slump sale basis and therefore, he has ceased as Senior Management Personnel ( SMP ) of the Company w.e.f. 16th September, 2026
