Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) to modernise and future-proof the exchange’s market infrastructure through a next-generation integrated trading, clearing and surveillance solution.
The transformation programme will provide DGCX with a more flexible and scalable technology platform, aimed at improving operational efficiency, supporting future growth and accelerating the launch of new products. The upgraded infrastructure will also enhance the exchange’s ability to serve regional and international market participants across asset classes.
As part of the partnership, TCS will integrate its BaNCS Market Infrastructure, Quartz Surveillance, TCS BaNCS Securities Trading and Quartz Gateway solutions, along with exchange trading and matching technology from a global exchange partner. The platform will also incorporate generative AI-powered reporting, analytics and decision-making capabilities.
The solutions will support DGCX’s derivatives markets across energy commodities, currencies, equities, bullion and precious metals, while creating infrastructure for expansion into emerging asset classes, including crypto and tokenised assets.
The partnership follows DGCX’s recent product expansion, including the launch of the Gold Spot T+0 Contract in June 2026, the GCC’s first same-day physically settled spot gold product offered on a regulated exchange.
