The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 20.16 crore compared to net loss of Rs 8.99 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.82 per cent at Rs 580.72 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 437.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.23 per cent to Rs 559.61 crore from Rs 446.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3.55 per cent at Rs 14.86 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 14.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 318.86 per cent to Rs 21.12 crore as against Rs -9.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 264.71 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 0.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.29 crore
