AGI Infra has declared 20% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

AGI Infra Ltd. on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 20 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 23 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 March 2025), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 March 2024), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 21 March 2023), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 22 March 2022) and 5% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 23 March 2021).
