H S India - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Appointment of Statutory Auditor/s

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, M/s. R. M. Hariyani and Co., Chartered Accountant, Bharuch have been appointed as Statutory Auditor of the company from the conclusion of 37th AGM of the company i.e. 11.09.2026 for the term of five years.
