Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the 34th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing (\VC\)/Other Audio-Visual Means (\OAVM\), in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder and circulars issued by SEBI in this regard, at the deemed venue i.e. the Registered Office: at 6th Floor, Sri Kamakhya Tower, Christian Basti, G S Road, Guwahati- 781005, Assam.
