Fabtech Technologies Ltd (FTL), through its step-down subsidiary FTS Cleanrooms Systems LLC, UAE, has completed a 14,000 sq. metre turnkey facility for Himalaya Wellness Company in Dubai Internet City in less than a year.

The facility has been developed to support pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing operations, featuring cleanroom infrastructure designed to meet varying controlled-environment requirements. FTS Cleanrooms Systems provided end-to-end engineering solutions covering design, installation and validation under a single delivery structure.

According to the company, retaining the same project team throughout the execution helped ensure continuity across different stages and minimise coordination requirements among multiple contractors, enabling the facility to be completed within the planned timeframe.

The facility forms part of Himalaya Wellness' manufacturing operations in Dubai and will support the production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
