The Board in its meeting held today i.e. Friday, September 11, 2026, noted the receipt of the outstanding call money together with the applicable interest and approved the conversion of Partly Paid up Equity Shares into Fully Paid up Equity Shares pursuant to the First and Final Reminder cum Forfeiture notice issued by the Company to the Shareholders of outstanding Partly Paid up Equity Shares.
