With reference to the above mentioned subject, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on September 11, 2026, inter alia to consider and approve the proposed Preferential Issue of Equity Shares.\r\n\r\nThe matter was placed before the Board for its consideration and deliberation. However, after due discussion, the Board was unable to arrive at a conclusive decision with respect to the proposed Preferential issue of Equity Shares. Accordingly, the matter has been deferred for further consideration and shall be placed before the Board at a subsequent meeting for detailed deliberation.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to kindly take the same on record.
