We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of IndusInd Media & Communications Limited ( IMCL ), a subsidiary of the Hinduja Global Solutions Limited has approved the divest/ sell of it s (i.e. IMCL) entire shareholding in Bhima Riddhi Infotainment Private Limited and Vinsat Digital Private Limited.
