This is to inform that the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) vide its letter No./CA. V/ COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT,GAIL(2)/113 dated 07.09.2026 appointed M/s Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi and M/s Arun K Agarwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the FY 2026-27.
