(IST) at the registered office of the Company at Modern Woollens, Pragati Path, Bhilwara 311 001 (Rajasthan), India. The notice of 45th AGM are being dispatched electronically to the members of the Company whose email ids are registered with Company/Depositories/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent. The notice of 45th AGM is also available on the Company website at https://api.modernwoollens.com/uploads/1/2026-09/1788496859_notice-of-annual-general-meeting-2025-26.pdf(ii) The Register of Members and Share Transfer book of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 24"" September, 2026 to Wednesday, 30"" September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.(iii) The Company has fixed Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 as the cut of date for determining the eligibility of the members to vote by remote e-voting.(iv) The Company will be availing services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for remote e-voting system and for casting vote prior to AGM. The remote e-voting period commences on Sunday, 27th September, 2026 (9:00 A.M) and end on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 (5:00 P.M).
