In Compliance with the regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015, this is to inform that Board of Director of the company at their meeting held on 15 September, 2026 has, inter alia, approved the appointment of M/s Sumit Kumar Gupta & Associates, Cost Accountants as the internal auditor of the company for the financial year 2026-27.
