The 14th Annual General Meeting of the members of M K Proteins Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 11:00 A.M. through VC/OAVM in accordance with the circulars issued by Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).\r\n\r\nFor the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 as the cut-off date (Record date).
