Bajaj Auto recorded a 28 per cent year-on-year increase in total sales to 5,35,764 units in August, up from 4,17,616 units sold during the corresponding month last year, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

The company’s domestic sales rose 10 per cent to 2,55,708 units in August, compared with 2,32,398 units in the same month of 2025.

Within the domestic market, two-wheeler sales climbed 10 per cent year-on-year to 2,01,898 units, against 1,84,109 units sold in August last year.
