Rajasthan Securities - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

This is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\Listing Regulations\), please find enclosed herewith Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 including the Notice convening 33rd Annual General Meeting (\Notice\) sent to the members through electronic mode. The AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 at 02.00 P.M (IST) through Video Conference ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
