We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 30,275 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on August 31, 2026 to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 322,148,687 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 322,178,962 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. \r\n\r\nKindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n
